Who We Are
The Association of Northwestern University Women (ANUW) is dedicated to fostering the professional growth of staff members at Northwestern University. Our goal is to empower staff in their careers, facilitate knowledge-sharing networks, cultivate a strong sense of community among staff members, and provide mentorship and role modeling opportunities for staff across the university.

ANUW plans various events each year, including a Fall Breakfast, a Winter Speaker Panel, Pathways to Success, and Conversations with an Executive Leader, among others.
Our newsletter is a semi-annual wrap-up of events, updates, and reflections on the previous quarters. The newsletters help keep members informed about the progress and activities of ANUW.

Membership gives you access to all of our events, including networking, skill-building, and social gatherings, as well as the ability to join any of our five ANUW committees or the Executive Board and access to career opportunities. All are welcome to join.
